Reference Service
The library's collection is publicly accessible.
Lending Service
IDFR staff and course participants are entitled to borrow reading materials, in accordance with the library's loan policy. External users may borrow through the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Service.
Access to Databases
- The Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC).
Users can utilise the OPAC to conveniently search for reading materials in the library's collection.
- Online Journals
Subscribed online journals are only accessible to IDFR, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, SEARCCT, and embassies abroad.
External users require authorization from the library in accordance with the rules and regulations.
Interlibrary Loan Service (ILL)
This service allows libraries to borrow reading materials from other libraries on behalf of their users.
Selective Dissemination of Information (SDI)
The library provides relevant and personalised descriptions of selected new arrivals via email and website.
